This website is a private wedding weekend hub for the invited guests of Mia and Alan (September 18–19, 2026, Yountville, California). It is operated by the couple for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Information we collect

We collect only the contact and RSVP information our guests have provided to us directly or through our wedding registry service: name, mobile phone number, email address, mailing address, RSVP status, meal selections, and dietary notes.

How we use your information

Your information is used solely to plan and communicate about our wedding weekend — including sending you a personalized link to your schedule, table assignment, and related event details by SMS text message.

SMS messaging

Mobile numbers are used only to send wedding-related messages to invited guests. We do not share, sell, or rent mobile numbers or any other personal data with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out; reply HELP for help.

Service providers

We use Twilio to deliver SMS messages and Supabase (Lovable Cloud) to store guest records. These providers process data only on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms.

Data retention

Guest information is retained through the wedding weekend and deleted shortly afterward. You may request deletion of your information at any time by contacting us.
